All approved refunds are issued as store credit, which will be sent to your registered email address. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method at this time.

We accept exchange requests for size, fit, or other reasons within 3 days of delivery. A ₹149 exchange fee applies per request to help cover shipping and logistics costs. If an order includes multiple exchange requests, the fee applies to each one individually.
