We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery

  • Products without original packaging or tags


Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
